than anything else, it seems as if the rain keeps getting in the way. Anyway, I got this yesterday before today's rain and during yesterdays ...
I started at Golden Gate at around the age of 15 being the simulcast operator, and now 17 years later Im the head of the video department here at Cal Expo, Matthews related. The crew that I have has helped me produce a product that I am proud of and I thank the owners of Pegasus for giving me a chance at such a young age.
Frank lives in the Bay Area, which means he has something near a 160-mile round trip journey from home to the racetrack. In addition to heading up the department here at Cal Expo, Matthews directs things for televising the Northern California thoroughbred fair circuit and has also produced and directed numbers shows about racing and various other projects.
None of this would be possible without the help of a good crew, he noted. Dave Kuri, my graphics operator is great. He works hard in the morning with trainer Nathalie Tremblay and continues to work hard at night making sure he gets the right information out to the betting public.
It was the wettest Australia Day holiday I had ever experienced. Squally rain peppered my windscreen as I drove on the M2 Highway towards Middle Harbour Yacht Club. I might as well have been peering through a ship captain’s wheelhouse during a desolate storm at sea.
Arriving at Sydney Cove on January 26, 1788, the First Fleet provided the undesirables of English society a new beginning. The watery seas provided people with highways to destinations or destinies. With suitcases and travel bags, mental and physical, we all arrived here with our own hopes and dreams. Sometimes we reminisce about who’s left behind.
Australia Day is a celebration of all things good, all things Aussie – bucket hats, barbecues and beaches. Australians are known to be easygoing and laid back, with a society based on giving everyone a fair go. If one’s head is too big, it gets allegorically cut off, and being pompous means being un-Australian. Fair go, mate!
Even though the day was dreary, festive people filtered into the yacht club dressed in nautical stripes and green and gold hats and spray jackets. Expect to get wet at some point in time if you’re going on a yacht....
This is the corset JSK. The bodice is a good shape and is very well fitted. The corset style looks like it will cling to curves perfectly. There is a very generous use of lace, but it has been done in a way that doesn't look OTT. However, I am not sure I like the type of lace which has been used. I think some softer looking lace would have been pretty. There are 2 ribbon bows, which are shaped well and the ribbon looks good quality. Despite the shape of the bows being sweet, the deeper rich colours used help give it a classic feel. The straps on this JSK are a bit too thin for my liking because they look like they could slip around a lot. The straps are removable, which I think looks better. The back part has a shirring panel. It is concealed by a ribbon corset, but the contrasting ribbon colour means it is highly viewable . The lace also runs down either side of the corset. However, it does make the area look tidier, even if it does draw attention. The skirt shape is a pretty bell shape....

Tales From the Middle of Nowhere (Vol.2) - Australia Day and the Prime ... Whatever that means. Still part of the blimmin' Empire, if you ask me, innit? Sydney Harbour was full of boats and ships. Spectacular. There was cannons going off and even a fly past by the Aussie air force (mate!) IN THE RAIN!... |

The Morning Line, 1/20 (WhoDeyUK edition) But as sure as rain at Wimbledon, I'll spend the next few months searching for hope in the draft, a quick fix in free agency and then gobble up training camp snippets like I do every year. In Bengal-land, Groundhog Day lasts a lifetime. a.... |
