The Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce, 134 Court St., Plymouth, will hold the following business workshops. Call 508-830-1620 for details.

Nov. 16 : CPA Seminar. Business Succession Planning for Business Owners: Exit Planning Strategies in Today’s Tax Environment, Estate Planning: Problems, Pitfalls and Opportunities. Earn two CPE credits for attending. From 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Nov. 16, at the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce, 134 Court St., Plymouth. Free to attend. Continental breakfast will be provided. Nov. 30 : Business Start Up, Basic Concepts. This free workshop focuses on initial startup business concepts and provides guidance in how to research your idea, defined your market, as well as your competition. At the conclusion of workshop you will be able to identify your target markets, describe your products and services, and begin to collect competitive information. You will have an initial feasibility plan to determine if your concept is viable or not. Take your ideas and any information you have collected for your startup business to this workshop. Participants will also briefly review the various forms of business ownership and the benefits of each. From 8 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, at the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce, 134 Court St., Plymouth.
