what shall i write to parents about children wearing hats, sun cream and spair clothes?
Question: i have been asked to write a little note asking parents to send there children in with sun cream and hats etc with their names clearly market etc.. im not sure how to write it? so it looks polite and just a reminder?
Answer: We always sent a note that said "Just a reminder that in the warmer weather, we will be outside as much as possible. All children must have sunscreen and a hat at day care. Also, please check your child's cubby as each child should have a spare change of clothing at all
