The sun rising tomorrow morning is almost as inevitable as the cloud's integration within every enterprise in 2012. Now that the “if” portion of the cloud question has been answered, the populace is now moving onto the next stage when discussing migrating to a cloud collaboration platform like Google Apps or Office 365: Is it secure?

The ensuing conversation is usually focused around the vulnerabilities and strengths of the infrastructure, whether or not the cloud application provider can see customer data and whether hackers can attain access to all of the information a cloud provider manages. Once those fears have been allayed, the cloud security conversation is over. The only problem is that these discussions overlook one critical fact: cloud security isn't really about the cloud. It's about people.

The complexities of the cloud bank

Think of the cloud as a bank. Banks have security guards, video cameras and high-tech intrusion prevention systems to keep your money safe. However, all of these systems won't be able to keep a penny in your account if you give your debit card number and PIN out to everyone. This illustrates the user's small, but essential, role in security.

2. With the hat we have a rule if you are outside you wear a hat. He loves being outside so he quickly learned to keep it on becasue if he takes it off he has to go in the house. We practiced by playing in the yard before it got so cold he had to wear it all the time. If that doesn't work maybe she doesn't like the style and it is uncomfortable - is there another type of hat you can try?

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! you want a 13 month old to keep a hat on!!! My son is 13 months and as soon as he sees it he grabs it and throws it down! Maybe we could try Duct tape or Super Glue. Really, If he doesnt have much hair sunscreen would be good and keep him in a covered stroller most of the time you are out and try to find shady playgrounds and parks. try a bandanna if he would let you. Let me know if you find a way to keep it on him. I would love to know as well!

Yes this really is too dangerous for your twins to have a fever and sunburns. It is important that you find out what you can do to give them comfort and get those fevers down. The sun is much more wicked when you are on the water in a boat and the children could have Extreme sunburns beyond their ages for coping. They have young tender skin and cannot tolerate intense heat as much as older folks. At least find out how to help them and give them comfort by taking them to the ER.
