Is there any way to take out the scratches and polish a clear plastic visor?
Question: It doesn't have to be a permanent cure, just something that will last about 3 days.
I tried the toothpaste on a small area, it just made worse. :-( I imagine the chrome polish is probably more abrasive.

Answer: There are polishing compounds out there for plexiglass and Lexan products ~ we purchased ours directly from plastic manufacturers for exhibit use, although it looks like they might also be available from marinas. I did find one link for you :)
